When will my box be delivered?
Sunday 21st March
A week of almost entire sunshine, everyone seems so much happier. However rain is forcast for this week.
13 January 2010
A light snow flurry all day, and bizarrely it was worse driving on this soft stuff than in last weeks conditions.
All of our deliveries have been made for Wednesday and we will be delivering on Thursday as normal as long as the conditions don't change dramatically overnight.
9th January 2010
Another slight snowfall over night
We have delivered as many boxes as we have been able to do, 3 customers did not have deliveries made due to time constraints and ice.
Another snowfall is expected tomorrow (Sunday)
We are increasingly finding it difficult to harvest the leeks and sprouts.
We are unsure what will be available next week at this moment in time.
4th January 2010
Heavy snowfall is again expected in our area.
Please make sure we have your up to date home e-mail address so that we can inform you of any delays or cancellations due to heavy snow.
Please also remeber that although you might be able to access your roads, we might not be able to get out of the farm!!
17th December 2009
A heavy sprinkling of the white stuff has already come down several times today
All being well tomorrow morning, i will be at the farm shop from 9.30am, slightly later if we are snowed in at the house and Mark will be at Huntingdon Farmers Market
September 2009
Make the most of any late summer sunshine
For it won't be long before its a distant memory
The nights are already drawing in, and as soon as any sunshine does disappear the temperatures drop.
However at least it heralds the season of warming stews and soups
July 2009
It still set fair and with the schools breaking up for summer next week, i'm sure we will have all have a lovely summer
For us it means watering is a must, even on dull days
Have a brilliant summer
Friday 5th June
At last some fine weather, but it appears that the weekend might be slightly wet, hay-ho, I'm sure we will have alovely summer, but don't quote me on it
Tuesday 21st April
What a differance 2 months makes.
Summer appears to have arrived, but beware and take care of any young tender vegetable plants, the evenings and nights are still too cold for some of them and they will need protecting or bringing inside
Thursday 12th February 2009
Thankfully the conditions have eased and apart from ice and some local flooding we have managed to deliver all of this weeks Wednesday's and Thursday's boxes.
However as I look out of the office window it is snowing again, so for those of you who have deliveries tomorrow (Friday) please be aware that they may be late arriving.
If the situation worsens we will e-mail you.
Please remember to up-date us with your e-mail address as this is one of the easiest ways for us to keep in touch.

3rd February 2009
Hopefully you have managed to enjoy the snow and none of you have fallen and hurt yourselves!!
Snow is forecast for Thursday and Friday of this week.
With luck we will be out and about delivering the boxes, however you may find that delivery is later than normal.
We would rather take extra care and be late in delivering your boxes than risk having an accident.
